Joseph J. Triarsi graduated from Villanova University and earned his Juris Doctorate from Boston College. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for N.J. and the U.S. Supreme Court. In 1982, Mr. Triarsi earned the designation, Certified Civil Trial Counsel, which he held until March 1989. He has been a member of the Supreme Court Judicial Selection Committee and served as Vice Chairman and Chairman of District XII Ethics Committee. Triarsi has represented public clients in the State of New Jersey including Union County, the municipalities of Clark, Garwood and Carteret and the Union County Improvement Authority.

He has extensive civil and criminal trial experience and has been AV rated by Martindale Hubbell for more than 20 years. Mr. Triarsi practices in areas of complex litigation, including serious injury, medical malpractice, contracts and commercial disputes and probate and estate matters. He represents clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions; zoning and related land use matters; and business acquisitions and sales.

Mr. Triarsi retired from full time practice in 2019, but remains of counsel to the firm.
