Lesnik is an Associate of the Firm concentrating his practice in the areas of criminal defense and civil litigation, insurance coverage disputes, employment and wrongful discharge, workers compensation and OSHA matters. Mr. Lesnik's criminal practice focuses on the representation of individuals and businesses in States and Federal Courts in all criminal matters, as well as traffic matters and DWI cases in Municipal Courts. Mr. Lesnik served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Paul J. Vichness in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Howard joined the Firm in September 2001. He received his J.D. in 2000 from Seton Hall School of Law and earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan in 1996. Mr. Lesnik is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He presently serves on the District XII Ethics Committee for Union County.
photograph of associates Richard D. Huxford is an associate with the firm since October 2002. Mr. Huxford obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude in Political Science from Montclair State University in 2007 and a Juris Doctor degree cum laude by Widener University School of Law, in 2001. Mr. Huxford served as a legal intern for the Honorable Norman E. Veasey, Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court and served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable James C. Heimlich and Stuart Peim in the New Jersey Superior Court of New Jersey. He is admitted to practice in all New Jersey Courts and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Tax Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Huxford presently serves as the Borough Attorney and the Municipal Prosecutor for the Borough of Roselle Park and the Tax Attorney for the Township of Clark. Mr. Huxford's practice focuses on litigation, municipal court matters, landlord-tenant matters, and real-estate transactions.
